Damage & Liability Policy
Clients are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear to Candy Cloud Hookah equipment during the service period.
Damage Fee Breakdown
• Broken hookah base (glass): $150 – $300
• Damaged stem or tray: $75 – $150
• Burned or damaged hose: $40 – $75
• Lost or damaged mouth tips: $10 each
• Coal burn damage to surfaces: $75 – $200
• Flavor spillage / excessive cleanup: $50+
• Total equipment replacement: Up to full replacement value

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $100 – $200 will be required prior to service.
• Returned within 24–48 hours if no damage occurs
• Damage fees deducted from deposit
• Additional charges apply if damage exceeds deposit
Client Responsibility
• Equipment must remain supervised at all times
• No moving equipment once set up
• No outside handling of coals
• Service may be ended without refund if safety is compromised
